At Zarina E-Commerce Store, we value our customers and ensure that every product is delivered with care and authenticity.
Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Return / No Exchange Policy
Perfumes and attars are personal care products, and due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is opened or delivered in good condition.
2. Defective or Damaged Product
We only accept returns in the following cases:

The product received is leaking, broken, or damaged during delivery.

You received a wrong product different from your order.
If you face such an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof of the defective item at [your email / WhatsApp number].
After verification, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
3. Conditions for Return Approval

The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

In case of approved return, the product must be shipped back to us in its original condition.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
